In this article, we'll share some of the common issues with internet connectivity (AKA ISP issues) and some of the common wifi issues (internal in your house/office, not necessarily ISPs issues).

The most common internet issues we see (not wifi issues) are a poor signal to the modem/router from your ISP.
The causes for that may very, but the common issues are: old/low quality modem/router, old/corroded infrastructure, etc.

You might be able to fix some of those problems yourself (if you have some technical skills and time), while for more complex issues you might need your ISP, or Santa Cruz Techies.
